Double Chocolate Chip Muffin (4-pack)

When my mom used to bring home the variety muffin pack from Costco, I would always grab the chocolate one first—it was the best flavor, in my opinion. This muffin is my take on that childhood favorite. We started with our best-selling Blueberry Crumble Muffin batter, made a few tweaks, and turned it into a moist, fluffy chocolate muffin loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips. If there wasn't already enough chocolate, we made sure there was.

Ingredients:

Flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, enzymes, folic acid), sugar, sour cream (culturized cream, enzyme), semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, butterfat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), whole milk (milk, vitamin D3), canola oil, eggs, cocoa powder (natural cocoa), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol), baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), salt.
