Absolutely! Just text me at 808-753-9239 or email info@moodymugcafe.com with the date you’d like your order ready, and I’ll take care of the rest.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes! I’m happy to offer discounts on qualifying bulk orders. Just text or email with what you’re planning to order, and we can work out the best pricing for you.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel for a full refund anytime before Wednesday at 12:00 PM. After that, or once I begin baking, I’m unable to issue a refund—so please reach out as soon as possible.
Do you offer delivery?
Sometimes! Delivery depends on your location and my weekly order load. Just text or email your address, and I’ll let you know if delivery is available and help set up a day and time.
Can you guarantee allergen safety?
Because The Moody Mug Cafe is a cottage food business, we can’t fully guarantee products are allergen-free. That said, every item lists all ingredients and allergens on our SHOP PAGE and on the label you’ll receive with your order, so you can enjoy your treats with confidence.
